To place and absentee bid you authorize the auctioneer to bid on your behalf up to the limit of your bid.  He will purchase at the lowest possible price below your maximum bid.  A 5% Buyer's Premium will be added to the auction price.  You must provide your name, address, and telephone number along with lot numbers, descriptions and maximum bids.  All bids accepted are subject to the Terms of Sale of Mickelson Auction Company.  All items sold as is.  All sales are final.  You may call the afternoon after the auction to learn if you were the successful bidder and to arrange for prompt payment, pick up, or delivery.  Items small enough to go through the United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service will be shipped to you at your expense. All bids must be received at least 24 hours prior to the start of the sale.
